Victory for public employees covered by social security as well as a public pension

In a bill just approved by Congress, retired teachers and other public employees who have had their social security benefit cut by as much as 50% as a result of receiving a public retirement benefit will receive, if President Biden signs it, their full social security benefit back to January 2024.
